Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms cover your use of ConvToSomething. They are intentionally short and plain. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

ConvToSomething provides free online tools for converting and working with images, PDFs, documents, text, and everyday calculations. The tools are provided for your personal and professional use at no charge and without requiring an account.

Provided as-is

The tools are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make every tool accurate and reliable, we cannot guarantee that a conversion, calculation, or result will be perfect for every possible file or input. Always check important results yourself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the tools lawfully and not to misuse the service - for example, by attempting to disrupt it, overload it, or process content you have no right to process. The PDF to Word tool, which uploads a file to our server, must not be used for unlawful material.

You are responsible for the files and content you choose to process.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you use with the tools. We claim no ownership over them. For browser-based tools your content never reaches us; for the PDF to Word tool it is processed only to perform the conversion you requested and then deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, its name, and the software behind the tools belong to the operator. You may use the tools freely, but you may not copy or redistribute the site itself as your own.

Availability

The site is offered on a best-effort basis. It may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control, and tools may be added, changed, or removed over time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted on this page, with its date shown at the top.
