When is PNG better than JPG?
PNG is lossless - text stays razor sharp with no compression artifacts, which makes it the right choice for slides, diagrams, forms and anything you might zoom into. JPG is smaller and better for photo-heavy scans.
Which DPI should I choose?
150 DPI is a sharp default for documents. Use 300 DPI when the image needs to survive printing or heavy zooming, and 72 DPI for quick previews.
Can I convert just one page?

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?
